  I had went to this bank ONLY because my job unfortunately does their bank deposits through them, keep in mind I DONT EVEN own a bank account let alone a credit card through them. I was standing in the line formation they had the teller CINDY (some big fat beast who always has an attitude, and her body language reads that she is uncomfortable with what she does and has to serve the public, nor is she confident). I was NEXT waiting in line, some white guy abruptly walked in right after I did, and JUMPED right in front of me. Cindy’s sorry behind should of said EXCUSE ME SIR, she’s NEXT in line, but instead allowed some idiot to cut in front me. Then she said thank you to him only BECAUSE he was white & I was BLACK, and she did not say thank you to me after I had completed my transaction through her. (The tellers job description is they are suppose to say THANK YOU to every customer, apparently she needs to be coached). This location is racist I reported this incident to the branch manager Elizabeth (that did not phase her). She took sides immediately with her teller & the white guy who jumped in front of me & stated Cindy, did not complete his transaction. If his transaction was NOT complete (EXCUSE YOU) Elizabeth & Cindy, why wasn’t he standing at the tellers desk first? Instead of walking in from outside after he had seen me already in line standing? I also took further action, by reporting this incident to the District Manager. Cindy, is just jealous cause she’s not small framed like me & she weighs 500 lbs. plus she only wished she looked like me!!! I will NEVER own anything from BOA, not only regarding this incident but, I had a similar incident regarding their customer service from outside another STATE that’s not a good look for their business and you wonder why you have so many unhappy customers. No seat belt, is designed to hold some FAT 500 lbs whopper I’m sure when she rides to work she has to have a crane, tow truck, or a flatbed truck, by wheeling into work. Here’s another TIP for the white guy, next time stand behind me in line so you can check me out from behind, then walk by and rub your **** up against me. Also, that shows you what he must think of women since he tried to argue with me in the bank, seriously BOA likes to start fights!!!

  This bank has the worst customer service I'd rather hide my money under a rock in the back yard than deal with the morons in Farmingdale

  They never seem to have more than 1 teller working at a time, and usually it is the slowest possible teller they can find. Vanessa is very friendly, quick and fast paced, but I have encountered another teller, I believe her name is Maropy, who although she is very nice, moves incredibly slow even with a line of 5 or more people waiting to be helped; and typically, she is the only teller working so you always end up stuck.

  Not sure how their customer service is because when I arrived the lobby was closed. I used the ATM and I have to say they need more than just one.. As I was making a transaction someone entered the bank and stood behind me... Really creeped me out.. If their were two ATM machines I wouldn't have been creeped out by the guy standing behind me late at night... Thanks a lot BOA...
