  Been to this bank two days in a row had an appointment for 10:30 been here since 10:00 am it is 11:30 now and I still cannot be seen . How can they only have one person available to open accounts it doesn’t make sense worst bank ever wont be coming back here would give them zero stars if I could absolutely horrible customer service

  The worst experience I have ever had. Poor customer service. They are just terrible. I left after waiting half an hour. I think they should just close

  It is a very busy bank. Only one or two tellers available. No receptionist to help and the ATM always has waiting long line. In general has poor costume service for so much people.

  Bank of America is phony. I deposited a check on Saturday Broad St Newark Nj and was told that it would b cleared on Tuesday on the 27/12/2016 now trying to pay my cable and light bill it can't b payed. Talk to costmer service and they say that FDR does processing only on midnight on business day. When I was signing up they didn't say anything about it so now my sin that has to b on a nebulizer will have to wait until they find it comfortable to release my check. And will have to pay reconnection fee also this is bull. You have a checking account and can't write check cause u will have to pay a fee. They need to b upfront with costumer about everything. I will b clossing my account with them.
