  A decent bank. The staff were always friendly, but sometimes the line to speak with a teller would be long with over a 20 minute wait. I would try a different bank location next time.

  I came into this branch to resolve an issue with some charges stemming from a bank transfer issue. I was helped by a representative named Son. He was very polite and professional and helped me clear up the issue.
