  People this is one of the best branches of Bank of America. ... almost no waiting. I was almost 15 to 20 minutes in the bank and my problem and consern was solve . Thank you so much to the person at the front desk it was a Chinese men

  Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for a simple deposit despite the day or time. Too many pencil pushers not enough competant tellers.

  Long lines, long waits for anything other than the ATMs. (Only medium lines there.) Rarely more than two tellers behind the glass. They do a lot of complex business banking, so there's a long wait to see the people at the desks, and there are many local merchants doing cash transactions with the tellers. Best if you get there early, just as they open. Afternoons are a zoo. If I can't get there early, I'll walk to the branch on 86th street, which is twice as far, because it's quicker overall.

  This is the fastest responders, most flexible location of BofA and my favorite place for banking services since 2013. Thank you Amy Zheng for helping me today I appreciate your kind care and a special thanks to Nora for her best guidance. I recommend this place for all BofA services .
