  Im here to open an acct and they still are not open. Some type of system issue but noone by the door to apologize for the delay.

  One of the worst experience every. Stood on line for more than 30 minutes for a withdrawal. The line went out the door. The only reason why I stood on line because I needed singles for my trip. I will go the distance next time for better service.

  Waited on line for 20 Min. I was asked to put my fingerprint on the check. The check I wanted to cash needed more verification and an override that can only be done by a manager. The 1 manager there was not able to come help me so the person at the counter TOLD me I had to come back. No apologies, no sorry for your inconvenience. Very unprofessional

  Who are these customers that had a good banking experience at this bank? Don't believe you ...Dear Bank of America why is the service here so discourteous? is it because it's in a predominantly black neighborhood? You got 5 teller stations and 2 tellers a manager that loves pretending to be busy wouldn't even take deposits of the line like chase or Citibank Wouldn't ask does anyone need help .. 5 person ahead of me and 1 hour spent in the line. Bank of America banking should be easy people are actually working for their money is it so difficult to provide adequate service. I don't know what is the reasoning but you need to improve .. but in the end I blame us the liars who claims they had good service the people who never voice their opinion and give up their money freely and entrust you with it . Maybe no one will read this review , corporation rarely care .. so if you citizens of America and residents of New York if you care then don't bank with a bank who does not care to even hire a decent manager to run the branch you bank at
