::The wait time to speak with a banker is ridiculous! They need to have more people who specifically help with walk in customers, rather those who sit in the office with nobody in there assisting the non present! Everytime i come here it's the same!.👎🏾

::Unbelievable the people behind the counter wanna help you more than the people that are in offices It's ridiculous you have to wait so long just to get a bank card replaced.

::The lady with the short red hair greeting patrons is extremely rude. She's inconsistent and picks people to properly greet. I was there for over an hour, and without missing a beat, she would greet/dispatch people whom she thought were worth her time. Not only did she not bother to greet me, but when I concluded with my transaction she didn't even bother to acknowledge me like her other customers. If this is the woman refered on this thread as Rita please get rid of her. To do your job well do it consistently and leave your prejudice at the door.

::Nathan helped me a lot even if I wasn't a customer of the bank anymore. He helped me as it's his own problem and solved the problem that I had been trying to solve for 2 weeks.

::Absolute worst customer experience I've ever had with a bank. All they tell you is that you can do it yourself online. Needed to change my PIN number on a debit card, had to go in the branch to do it, had to schedule an appointment to do so, and had to wait an hour past my appointment time because they don't seem to either care about scheduled appointment times or just don't have any kind of time management. In summary- Take your money to Chase or Frost. They treat people like people.
