::The woman who claims she is the branch manager needs a attitude adjustment. I was being helped by an officer and he was being very attentive to my fraud case needs and was extremity helpful then the manager kept coming in his office being rude to me and letting me know I was asking too many question. But with my bank account totals I think she needs to attent to my needs so I can go in with my day. Just as every other person in that bank. Corporate needs to look into her attitude.

::Bad customer service all the time! There is usually only one teller and on a good day maybe two! There are always people walking around "helping" but not really helping. Even when there is a line out the door which is usually the case, no one goes back to help the one or two tellers. The long time tellers usually have an attitude, and the new tellers that are nice and pleasant dont stay long.
