  I went there to apply for a credit card. And the customer service is great! It's a wonderful experience.

  THIS LOCATION SERVERS NO PURPOSE. PLEASE CLOSE THEM DOWN OR RESTAFF THIS LOCATION. I am a customer and the service here is freaking sucky. I came in at 1230 for a temporary card and it took them an hour and a half to assist me and there wasn't even a lot of people there. They called two people ahead of me and I am waiting on my LUNCH BREAK for assistance. You all need to hire more people who can assist more customers. If you know the lunch hour is busy then make proper accommodations to be fully staffed at that time. No one want to come in and waste an hour and a half just for a temporary card. This is one of the worse locations in Austin. DO BETTER!

  I called this location on Congress multiple times. When they are tired of hearing the phone ring, they just take the call and put the headset on their desk without listening or talking to you. I have 2 issues with that : #1 It's unprofessional and rude ; #2 I heard the whole conversation the lady had with a client at the front desk. Now when you go to the location ; It smells really bad, they share the lobby with a Jimmy Jones. Terrible customer service, Terrible location.
