  Hautily rude teller I dealt with. Barely gave me the time of day and did not regard me with positivity.

  Difficult location with limited metered parking in area. 1 teller present when I walked in. Didn't wait too long. She was kind and courteous, made my withdrawal and left without issues. If your walking in area, taking a bus or nearby train its OK.

  My expierience with BOA was so bad that my purpose for coming here was to close accounts. While my mind was made up the manager Jessenia was intelligent, accommodating and if I met her at my last location would still be a BOA customer.

  The workers stand around talking to each other. One teller with four other people doing nothing but talking.

  this is my local bank of america. and while I love the people that work there and I love the business center, very often there are incredibly long lines, the atm's aren't functioning, or someone is doing something really obnoxious. that's due to the nature of the hood tho, I think!
