  This branch has the first Automated Teller Assist which I've been taking advantage everytime I have to make deposit and I don't have a 💳 card. 😍 I'm not a Bank of America member but this Live ATM Assistant feature is very helpful and useful when depositing funds into a family member or friend's account, and I LOVE IT. I'm so excited this technology has been introduced here in Queens, and I hope Capital One Bank will embrace that amazing tech too as it will ease up the waiting lines. The main reason I like to do conduct business at this particular branch is that it stays open late until 6:00pm, and it's been very convenient for me. - Noticeable from moving traffic. - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance. - No free public parking for customers. - No drive-thru. - Staff is welcoming and friendly. - Four (4) ATMs 🏧 available in the lobby. - Longer hours of operation than regular Bank of America branches. I would definitely recommend this branch because of that Live Automated Teller Assist introduction to Bank of America. 😎

  Did my monthly routine withdrawal from the ATM of this branch, and when the screen indicated to take my cash, there was no cash. I went to the bank officer to address the problem, and all she kept telling me was that I have to call BOA. I am retired on SS, and I temporarily have no phone, and I said so. She looked at the balance and saw that the money was indicated as having been withdrawn, but I never got it. I pointed this out and all she kept telling me was I have to call BOA, the ATM is separate from the bank. Really? It's in the bank and I still don;t have my money. She did nothing to help me,just kept saying there's nothing she can do.

  Worst service. Just need to deposit a check, And the teller told me it's over her deposit limit and they ask me to wait for the live teller machine to deposit for me. i end up waited for another 30 mins and they told me it's lunch time, so no one will work in that machine. I am so piss and left without deposit the check. So Angry.😡😡😡 Wasted 45 mins there without deposit the check. Once again, worst service ever
