  I was helped by Kulsoom Shah. She is very wonderful banker. Always greet and welcome her client genuially. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She solved my issues in mins. People likes to wait for her. I was recommend to her by my friend.

  Kulsoom is really professional. She is expert at what she do and always ready to assist her clients. She is friendly and easy to work with. She knows how to understand client needs and she listen to my concerns then she make the best recommendation. I came for something payment related which I find out I had to do it my own but Kulsoom sit with Mr and walk me thru all the steps which was not her Job but she made it her job so I don't get confused

  I really had a positive experience at this Bank of America Financial location. All employees are very friendly and willing to help with any question I had. I would especially emphasize Mr. Alvi who is there to help with any problem. I would recommend everyone to come to this location and complete their duties quickly and efficiently.   This brunch of BoA has the best specialist she's name is Kulsoom(Relationship Manager and Business Owner Specialist) I have never seen the one who do job so optimistic and professionally and solve any issue with a blink of eye. Thank you so much.
