  I drove over two hours from Utah for an appointment at this branch at 9:00 am just to authenticate my identity that Bank of America demanded. When I arrived I was told that "we can't open because our system is down." When I explained they did not need their system, just a fax machine and some time to copy my driver's license, the security guard got huffy and the little weasel of a bank employee scampered back inside. Thanks Bank of America. You've lost a customer of over 30 years.

  Services is very bad . Only 2 clerds whend lots of people in line and the business window is close no service for us poor service

  Poor service waited 45minutes to open account. While workers just stood around.

  This is the second time this happens, I was there today 10-7-17 at 12:40, 20 minutes before closing and they ordered the security gut to close the door supposedly because the system was down but a looked through the windows and the system wasn't down there were still tellers attending customers with no issues. I hope corporate sees this review and takes notice of the many customers that were denied service by this lazy people.
