  I have to do deposits for my Job. The lines take forever and there is not a line for business accounts. Employees just stand around and chit chat with eachother VS helping clients for an easier process. If I could put zero stars I would. Had to wait outside with a business deposit in hand. Great way to get robbed, thanks.

  Beware !!!!!!!! Yesterday I used 2 of my debit cards on a walk up ATM one was money network and one was BOFA and they were both wiped clean within 24hours. Thought I was safe using a Branch atm but I guess not. I don’t even know how it’s possible to crack into their system but this is the second time it happens to me in 2 months and I finally figured out where the information was stolen. Christmas is ruined. Thank you Bank of America I will be contacting the local news station about the negligence of your trillion dollar company. My children will not have presents under the tree this year.

  Managers kept walking to the front then to the back pretending as If she was working. We all stood and watched them chatting in the office then walking back and forth but she did no actual work. They left one out of six other female workers who did nothing and the one guy was a teller. I have NEVER had such a lazy inattentive staff at a bank. Immediately opened an account at the credit union. No fees there just saved money. Never again plus their floors are nasty.

  I have to come here for my job. Doesn't matter what time or what day of the week I come the line is always out the door and around the building. I know the employees do what they can but the for the business this location does they definitely need more tellers

  The wait is about 1 hour. You have to stand outside in the heat. There is a separate line for ATM. Bring your mask, umbrella and chair. All the other BofA banks are closed. The staff is friendly and they even brought us water. Be patient, smile, and bring your husband to talk. He went and got me Pupusas and we finally made it inside the Bank. Be positive, life is good.
