  Great branch, not only due to its location but it’s staff. It’s usually calm, however, the ATM’s can get busy.

  Ive been banking with BoA for over 10 years and ive been to this branch numerous times. I am pretty happy with my experience, but in the past few years they hired several people who are very impolite and unwilling to help. I stopped by a few weeks ago and just had a quick question but it seems it was a lunch time and they almost got upset when I asked them when is someone going to be available. A young Asian American girl even looked at me and bluntly walked away ignoring my question when I asked her if someone will be available soon. You usually don't expect a high level of customer service in the banks, but you can at least expect them not to be abysmally rude.

  Too slow. Understaffed

  Always Understaffed: No matter the time of day, I believe this location will only have two people working as a teller.
