  The wait time at this place is horrible! The people working there engage in way too many personal conversations with the costumers making your wait time even longer. It's ridiculous. I was never greeted when entered. The only guy that wasn't busy with a costumer was on his phone. Even Chase is more organized than this and they have coffee!!! Fortunately, I was there to close my account.

  Bank of America teller made a huge error on my account. Met back to solve issue and I had to pay for an error someone else made. Joining another Bank they officially lost my trust.

  Manager is extremely rude...acts like he cant help you with any problems calls other branches liars and even talked bad about your call center agents to me...Hes denying me a service thats causing me a great inconvience i was completly treated unfairly by this imbecile.

  The service in this bank is terrible. Not enough employees..... it's just terrible!!! We waited an hour just to get a temporary card!!!!! The people here are not friendly!!!! It's bad!!!!
