::The Bank of America in Westlake this morning let me know I’m nobody! I complained about the reduction In hours and the need to do banking at 9 am not 10 am. The ten or so of us waiting in line are nobody according to the gentleman I spoke with at BoA! Next I complained why then would they be taking out the night drop. Also, nobody uses the night drop. ‘He's a real nowhere man Sitting in his nowhere land Making all his nowhere plans’

::Joseph in Westlake Bank of America is amazing. He helped my daughter sort things out with her problem. I would come here from now on if I had to do any transactions/ business with this branch . He is very efficient and professional as well as the other employees in that branch.I won't go to the Gellert branch anymore because Westlake customer service is way better than Gellert and look for Joseph. ::All other one star reviews are there for reason. The manager don't even know his job. Made an appointment and waited couple days and came to do notary work. All he said he doesn't understand the paper which was in English. WTH are u doing there if u don't understand simply thing. THE WORST FINANCIAL CENTER EVER BEEN SO FAR......

::If there is a zero rating I would give them that. Went inside to change my pin code. There was no sign to asking customers to wait in the lobby so I went to the back office. A rep asked me to wait outside in the middle of the office. I told him there wasn’t a sign telling us that. Two people left the rep in the office to the left in the back. I sat there and waited for him to get me. I went over to that office and as he had no customers. He did not greet me. To him I was just another number. The point is why did I have to go to his office, he should’ve came out to me. At Chase Bank when you walk inside they ask you what your needs are. Clearly B of A needs to retrain their employees in their image and how they look in their customers’ perception and to treat them professionally and show them theye here to meet their needs.
