  Horrible customer service... One associate uselessly sat on her desk while we waited. She stated she couldn't help us because she's a "supervisor." Supervisors don't work in this bank....useless!

  Bank of America leonia nj branch to do the business money deposited , they asked me my id , i do the deposits everyday never any one asked me my id , also i go this branch everyday no one ever tald me from December i have to bring id with me when i need to deposite cash money to buisness accounts, Manager Sunny and her team i will recommended "You are serving a customer, not a life sentence. Learn how to enjoy your work"
