  I have been there a few weeks ago to cash some old traveller checks (from 1982!!!). The Young lady who first came to meet had never seen those. But Mrs. Zeida Canales knew what those were when she saw then and made all efforts to cash them. She had to phone other agencies to get more info and that took her a long time. But she was Always concerned and worked to solve the situation. in the end, everything worked out fine. Can´t thank her and her team enough!!

  They never answer the phones, and you can't even wait on the phone, it just hangs up...

  Wish I could say something good about Bank of America but my experience was terrible..

  Great staff, not your standard bank, very nice environment. Just put a real sign out front. Did not find the entrance...
