  I opened my business banking account in Brooklyn because the servece there was really good, but my experience in this specific branch has been just terrible. For starters, most of the the employees are not at all friendly, they are impatient and rude. May of them do not seem to be knowledgeable of the products that they offer. In August 2017 I had an experience with an employee named Silvia C. where she was straight up condescending and insulting. This is the closest branch to my home and business, but I try my best to avoid it. There has been better service here in the past, I think there was a woman named Seneda (or something like that) that was really nice and professional, but the currect management definitely needs to shape up big time.

  I went into bank of America on July 7th. I was going to just get something notarized, but also had to get more information on my account. Leyida ( not sure if that is spelled correctly) helped me out. She was giving me me the best customer service I've experienced at a bank of America branch. She supplied great customer service and also great satisfaction in helping me get what I needed. She really went above and beyond. Also me and my wife loved talking to her. Thank you!!
