  Always shockingly surprised on how Terrible this bank can get upon every visit don't have an account anymore here because of how terrible these places have been

  Not so friendly staff, one in particular. Ice time to this bank twice trying to cash a check and both wasn't able to get it done. Went to a different branch and the staff were more then willing to assist me.

  I had a great experience re opening my account I had no wait but it was because I went during a less busy time of day. Your experiences here will differ as mine have sometimes you will wait what seems like forever and other times you will get in and out quickly. Call ahead to check they are not always bad at answering their phones. The people are friendly anx they help the best they can. If you are worried about wait timez for certian services they offer look online as I know some will schedule appointments online.

  They do not answer their phone, it literally says that they are all with customers then hangs up on you. Upon arrival there are at least 5 people not with customers. Of course they weren't able to help me with what I needed, so I was turned away after a 15 minute drive instead of finding out on the phone. Terrible.
