  Middle of the day and only one teller is available to assist. This is awful, I've been in line for 20 mins. I asked two bankers in their offices if they could assist and was told they don't "handle matters on that side". Looks like they are training and it's costing me as I am out of the office on lunch. All I want to do is deposit cash to someone. I will jump on the expressway next time to get to the BOA on Forest.
