  I really had a good experience a day after moving to the US. Staff is nice and helpful. I was able to open a bank account, have a temporary debit card, make a deposit in less than one hour, before massive snow storm.

  The tellers and the manager were so rude. They don’t know who to talk to a customer other then scream at you. I’m closing the account at Bank of America.

  This branch has the best and most courteous service, from the management (Derrick) to the staff.. I would definitely recommend banking with this branch. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

  Went here to open a checking account as a tourist. Not the fastest service and system went down once during an application, but this is one of a few bank who issues cards without a bunch of docs if you’re a tourist. Plus in terms of help managers were really great. They take their time to explain everything to you. I set up online banking, mobile app and got temporary card till my real one is in the mail, so all in all, I’m happy.

  The staff provide great customer service and are knowledgeable with the products. Opened a new account quickly and efficiently because these people know what they are doing, they are able to explain everything without rushing you through. I definitely chose the right bank.
