  Only one teller working and they are super slow and they are other ladies walking around doing nothing instead opening up another teller..The day that I went the lady that took my payment was super rude won’t be going to that location anymore.

  I attempted to make a wire transfer on a Saturday morning to another account that needed to be done immedialty. Once I arrived and asked the clerk to help me with this process they told me they cant do that. That the bank doesnt do wire transfers on Saturday. Even though directly after this incident, I went to the Bank of America in Harrison and was told that they could do that no problem. Telling your customers to leave and come back on Monday is very rude and I am highly dissapointed with the service I received. If you ever come to this Bank of America I recommed you talk to someone else besides Jessica.

  There is almost always a line and only one teller working. Has a convenient parking lot in the back.
