::Story of the best service that i have ever received in a bank - Daniel Lake and his supervisor Victoria. Wow and Wow. Banks in general have trashy service. When i entered this bank, there was no one to help and the Loan banker who sits straight across the entrance - was rude. She asked me to schedule an appt but i waited. And then Magic !! Victoria (Business Banking? Section) saw me from her room, came out and started assisting me. Her team member - Daniel Lake was asked to assist me. My issue could not be resolved so had to go back the next day. And then more magic !! - Daniel and Victoria spend close to 2 hrs addressing each and every issue that i had. Necessary corporate phone calls were made - they explained every issue and resolution. At the end, a super duper satisfied customer - a gazillion points for the super excellent service by Daniel and her supervisor Victoria. Wow !! If every banker can treat their customer like this - bank might be a place that people would hang out more :). Really people - if you need assistance at this bank - ask for Daniel or his supervisor Victoria - am pretty sure you will not be disappointed. Victoria & Daniel - A big big shout out to both of you. Thanks again. Bank of America Corporate - These are the type of people you need in your bank.

::I went to this branch to open a checking account. When I sat down, their relationship manager Shabnam asked for my ID and social security card. I only had my driver's license with me. I said I don't have my social security card with me. Shabnam didn't say I must show my social security card. They found my SSN in the system (because I had BofA credit card and they have verified all my information). After wasting around 30 minutes, Shabnam said I need to show my social security card! This is ridiculous. Why don't they tell me when I sat down. Even more ridiculous is that Shabnam was giving training to a new staff. I will never come to this branch again!

::Visited this branch today. Teller, Jeff was very rude and didn’t greet and looked at me while making my business transactions during the full process. I have been banking with BofA over many years as business and personal accounts. Never has disrespectful treatment with me ever. I told him the same. No greeting or thank you from Jeff.

::Not bad, typical BOA. The line gets longer but when the line is long and if you deposit a check, they help you in another desk. Friendly workers, security guards unless you're attempting to rob the bank.

::They have so many people standing around doing nothing, all while they only have one new slow clerk and lines out the door of people needing to go to the counter - and they don't even think about having someone help the new clerk for awhile to reduce the wait. Exceptionally inconsiderate and entitled behavior.
