::Does not matter what time you go there is a line of people up to 13 at a time with only 1 or 2 tellers. I am here 3-4 times a week because my company does business here and its TERRIBLE!

::These folks took care of us about 30 minutes to closing. They helped me open and account and make deposits and it wasn't until after 4:00 (their closing time) that we had finished. June, the lady that helped us was SUUUPER pleasant and helpful and the manager (sorry I didn't catch her name) was equally lovely. I will be honest, before I came over here I had my reservations given the other reviews but I took into consideration that most people will not leave a review when they have a good experience, only when they have had a bad one. I have a wonderful time. TLDR: The folks here are great. June is an angel. Very helpful and courteous staff.

::We had the worst customer service at this location . my wife went for public notary and they refuse to do it . If I have zero to rate them , I will do it .

::Funny, when I was well off and had about 10k in my account they went above and beyond. When I ended up hospitalized with west Nile and barely scraping by, I am treated like a felon. Depositing a check? Before, no wait. Now? 5 days and teller asked me if it was my account. Thanks Bank of America. Sorry my measley 5k a month isn't enough for good service.

::If I could give THIS location only a negative one star I would. I've never had problems at other locations, my grandmother banks with Bank of America and I went in today to cash her a check she made out to me. I do not have an account with them although I had my ID, she's been banking with them for OVER 20 years and has multiple cards with them. Also keep in mind I cash checks for her all the time and have never once had a problem. This specific teller told me I'd be better off going to another bank since I don't bank with them. And if she WERE to cash the check for me, it would be an 8 dollar cashing fee even though my grandmother banks with them! I was in a hurry and at this point getting frustrated so I nicely said yes that is fine, a little confused at this point. Then she asks me to sign the check, I do. Then she holds the check up in the air next to my ID and shakes her head and says "this signature doesn't match the signature on your ID!" I imagine the look on my face was appalled because she repeated herself again. I told her it's my signature? What else could I say! This woman really was determined to not cash this check!! It was under 500 dollars too which is funny to me. Besides the point, she told me her supervisor was at lunch and I could wait 30 mins until she gets back or go else where. After having me sign the check 3 times...... I was furious. I felt defeated by this woman. I kindly left, but will say their customer service was AWFUL. And you don't want people like that to represent your bank. It makes the name look bad. Stay away from this location.
