::The worst experience in my life. Next time I rather walk a little bit more than go there. I tried to put money in my account and the lady at the window made a mistake in $100 and was trying to converse me I had $100 less. After that she corrected the mistake with the face like she is doing me a favor and didn’t even apologize for it. If I would not be paying attention to it I would loose that money.

::I get that BOA changed a policy to make a cash deposit you now have to show I.D. I went in to make a cash deposit, NOT withdraw, and they were the absolute WORST. Regardless if the policy only went into effect recently, it's called customer service. There is absolutely NO reason they could not make an exception other than to be difficult and condescending. I don't bank with BOA (I wonder why) and will never plan to. It also doesn't help them out much when the account I was planning to deposit the cash into is a very big account of theirs and trust me, it will come back to them from Corporate once the account holder contacts them. Every business has the capability of making exceptions, this bank did not, and I will make certain they remember that.
