::I stop by yesterday to try to solve a problem with my card and wanted to speak with one the bankers. the teller comes out and says do everything through the app. Which I find very unprofessional and unfriendly. I decided to drive to the location by Carson mall on del amo blvd a much better service thank you to the team that assisted me my problem got solved and they were very professional since I walk into this location.

::I have been waiting in line for 20 min already they nly have two tellers eorking on a Friday this is not the first time this happens but this bank is a lot of waste on your yime due to they dont care if you cant wait you walk out nobody even ask how your day is

::Employees are very rude. I've been to this branch three times. The one time I did not get treated poorly was the one time none of them talked to me. Looking to transfer my business elsewhere.

::The tellers are great but overall, the service with the other employees was bad. We waited over 30-40 minutes to work with a banking agent and we already checked in when we arrived. They need to be clearer about servicing customers who have checked in and those who have appointments. You cannot just mindlessly ignore customers waiting for nearly an hour then say, “We service appointments first,” when there are available agents around.

::I have never been in a line for 30 minutes at 9am. One teller working is not acceptable. While mangers walk around, that you know are trained.. and also while on their personal phones. I've been with B of A for 20 years. And its now going to change.
