  Friendly service. The computer systems were down which is not a local branch issue, so I needed to return a second day after they called to inform me the system was functioning again on the next business day.

  This bank has the worst customer service I've ever seen at a bank. I use the drive up of which only 1 out of 3 is ever open - I wait 10 min or more . I go inside & there are 1-2 tellers & I still wait becaue one of them is trying to do both inside & outside . I can't win !
