  Not enough staff. And I saw that only 2 employees helping. I waited for more than 30 minutes. There were 3 other people ahead of me. We were there ONLY waiting... After I wasted my 30+ minutes, I had to go back to work.

  This branch is the reason I will never open an account with bank of america. they run on their own time, their own agenda, and their own rules I've never experienced at any branch from East Bay to Sacramento.

  The worst hours ever. Are these people oblivious to the typical 8-5 work schedule most of us have? Geeez thank goodness I don't bank with them
