  They never Answer the phones, but the people in the lobby are nice and attentive.

  Worst customer service at any bank location. Terrible attitude from the employees. Very understaffed and always a long wait.

  Wish they hadn't eliminated disabled express line! Been banking there a long time & the tellers are extremely professional!

  Horrible management and customer service. This place really needs new management. The employees are rude, and the management is clueless and nasty. I told them I would speak to corporate, but later found out that there was no corporate number. So, whoever is in charge needs to know "Maritza" (if she told me her real name, she had no name tag) needs to be re-trained or fired. Thank you.

  Scariest BofA location I've been to. Doors are blocked making location seem closed. Urine and feces all around. Definitely don't feel safe using ATM.
