  Corporate don’t care about this location. Its the end of the month when usually it gets busy and, there’s always one teller.. customer services sucks on this location. I like the staff, but not enough teller...I don’t blame the employees I blame corporate for not doing there job.

  Dealt with this sassy little mexican teller. I had $1.76 in change i didn't want to carry with me. She refused to accept it! She said we dont do this, it needs to be rolled! I kindly said, but there's not even close to enough to roll. She just kept repeating the same thing, we don't accept this! I've been a b of a customer for over 10 yrs in CA and NEVER have i had ANY location refuse cash money! I mean cash is cash! Change or paper! Ill NEVER go inside of this location on Desert Inn at Maryland Parkway again!!!!!

  They only have one teller; two if you're lucky. They have long lines and even if you are next in line, prepare to wait a minimum of 10 minutes, but most likely way longer. There is a manager that walks around who may or may not help you, but will still make you wait for the next available teller for the services that you came for. Overall, it's just slow and understaff.
