  This branch is the worst every time you go there’s a long line and only one teller while the other workers sit on their desks watching everything that is going on unless they have people attending. Corporate have to do something about this because they are going to lose a lot of customers.

  Bank is stuck in the 70s and the parking lot is hundreds of feet away in back of the building not to mention no drive up tellers.they always have a line and there's only 2 tellers every time I go.they close way too early also which is 4pm most people that have accounts are working people and most working people get out of work 5 or 6pm. I asked one of the employees why is bank of america doing this to their customers and she said I have to get with the times and do online banking,give me a break I should bank however I please.

  Lunch time. 1 Teller. 4 service agents. 2 people ahead of me. 35 minute wait. Terrible attitudes. I will never patronize again.

  Horrible! Like 20 ppl on line and one teller smh and the other two employees sitting in the back watching. Been here for 1/2 an hour waiting. So regret coming here 😣

  Una perdera de tiempo. Mala cordinacion. Insuficiente personal.y la espera una cosa ridicula. Llegar el dia antes, te ofresen una cita y cuando llega el otro dia 30 min antes y estas esperando mas de 1 y 30 min. Porque no tienen personal suficiente y el banco repleto de gente. Deverian emplear mas personas..
