  The line is always out the door and there are only ALWAYS 2 tellers at the window. The bank teller Ernnisa at this location is also VERY unprofessional! Instead of being productive and trying to assist with shortening the line, she proceeds to explain to customers that we have other options besides patronizing this location. Poorest service I've received is at this location and I've been to many within Essex county

  Always has long lines! Never more than 2 windows open(even though they have 4 windows) expect to be waiting at least 20 min every visit, just horrible.

  Cristina was very nice and helpful. She helped me with scheduling appointments and opening a new credit card.

  This branch is always crowded slow tellers not enough tellers windows open
