  I don’t like mentioning anybody’s name so that they won’t lose their jobs and/or source of income but this the employees at this location needs more training in communication skills indeed

  Calling this location nobody ever picks up. On top of it not even responsible for action. The horrible location staff not experienced

  The may machine stole. $700.00dollar from me cash wend I reported thay said the have to to investigation.. Me have to wait so days . thay wks trying to said the i wks lied. That very responsabe.me file cob complayind . I got late we my mortgage my life so missable. I. M util strogle....????

  I came to this bank because I had previously went to a location in Manhattan heights and the banker who took care of me misspelled all of my information on my direct deposit slip and my debit card. When I arrived to this location I waited about 5 minutes to get seen which was not bad at all. The banker Edelina help solve my situation and she and I laughed it off as well. She was very attentive, sincere and very humorous. Now I can't really speak for anyone else who works there, but if you're in a rush and need someone to actually take care of your situation, ask for Edelina. Everyone else there seems as if they don't really want to attend you, nor care for what your problem may be.
