::This is the worst branch that BofA has, how do you not follow the proper steps in assisting a person with a simple withdrawal!!! How can you flag a persons bank account and freeze their funds with OUT asking for IDENTIFICATION/DEBIT CARD?! Now Iām suffering from not being able to take care of my daily needs and bills. My Account is unnecessarily mistakenly under review because the banker thought the card was stolen.. HOW CAN I STEAL MY OWN CARD! Once this review is complete Iām pulling all my available assets!
