  I made a deposit with a teller. She did not give me back my change. It took me three claims calls to finally get somewhere to rectify. I could not go back to that bank because I left for another state the same day. I could not even get the number to the bank on line. Finally, during my third call I got a manager to assist me. This was very reassuring. But the bank service was not desirable.

  Came here at 0650 am. Closed. So not open 24hrs

  Business customer waiting a long time for teller when there was no line. Available teller never apologized for the wait and the one teller is simply answering a vustomer's exhaustive questions that a manager or other person can answer so that she can conduct bank business. I was waiting on line approximately 10-15 minutes with no one in front of me. Horrible customer service.
