  I try to get cash with my California meddle class tax refund debit card $1000, but only give $500 each time so I try in the same time to get two times $500 but I don't get more then $500, however it take from my card $1000 , I try to get the money back on my card but they not give me the other $500 they charge my card but I never received, I don't know how to get the money on my card
