  VERY VERY VERY CRAPPY ATM.. ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER. AND GET THIS.. THERE'S ONLY ONE!!! COME ON BOA... ONE MORE WOULD REALLY HELP. ! SO STARTING MARCH I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AT BANK OF AMERICA.. AND GOING TO CAPITAL ONE. THERE ATMS ALWAYS WORK...AND SO FAR THEY HAVE 4 !! ATMS!!!! IN ONE PLACE.

  This is strictly for the manager Janice. I went thru hell at the Rutherford branch so I decided to come Into the Carlstadt branch. If it was not for her I wouldn't have what I needed today. Stay away from Rutherford office!!!!!

  We came in to get a paper notary signed, we work long hours and because of our infants we lack time. So we came in on Saturday and the notary assistant was manning the register, we said we will wait in line, that its important otherwise we have no medical insurance. The manager said that the notary can not leave the register for 5 minutes. I guess if you are not depositing money into their packets you are unwanted there. God forbid they would do something extra for their customers.

  Brand new atm machine and can't do a deposit. .when this bank will be 100% operating is always some problem. The people who work there are very good and nice but i think bank of America didn't care about ..the costumers from Carlstadt. .first close the branch in Paterson plank. .i understand because probably it was to much money for a huge building. .but before YOU CLOSE THAT ..MAKE SURE THE OTHER ONE HAS EVERYTHING SET AND READY. .NOT WASTING MY TIME GOING ALL THE WAY TO RUTHERFORD TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. .!!!!
