::Had been patronizing Banfield Pet Hospital located inside Pet's Mart in East Brea for years. Recently another location opened that was closer on Birch Street and Banfield Hospital sans Pet's Mart. Meeting Dr. Morris was a delight. He was kind, thorough and patient with our (babies). I am grateful for this new facility and the polished staff working there. We were given coffee, respected, educated and departed with smiles and whispers of "wow what a pleasant visit." Thanks to Dr. Morris. Diane was awesome in collecting samples---she has the touch! Banfield---like many organizations---is on a journey to conscious excellence and I have recognized this marked amelioration in the culture, care and integrity of this pet hospital. Improving and rising!
