  No one answer a phone call...tried so many times in different dates and guess what? Nobody answer!! I hate Brazilians bank, they doesn’t care about they clientes.

  Is there any one in this agency to get a phone cal? Looks like no...because I did call and choose all the options even the "TELEFONISTA"e ninguem atende...Otimo!

  Great service. I had to travel to Miami to solve a problem, because the bank sucks, and I was received by a forthcoming and helpful secretary. Problem was solved.

  This is an investment office only. This is NOT a branch of the bank. You cannot do any personal banking there, because there are no personal bankers. They can ONLY take your money. There is no ATM and they cannot help you with your debit cards or your credit cards or anything else. They can't do anything but take your money. And to top it all off, you get to deal with the severely rude attitude of the receptionist. She was a real witch with a b.
