  Great customer service! I went there today looking for an outfit for an upcoming interview and I found everything I needed. I spotted a pants I loved and Charles, if I remember his name correctly, asked if I needed help. He and all the other workers went above and beyond to help me put my outfit together. Quickly picking up on my style, he even went in the back and found a scarf that he thought would be the perfect finishing touch to this outfit. And it was! Prices are also great since its a factory store. Can't wait to wear on my interview. I walked in nervous and unsure and came out confident! Great shopping experience. I definitely will be back soon.

  Please note this is a BR Factory Store. I suggested an edit but they won't return things bought from a regular Banana Republic. I hope this review helps someone.
