  Clothes always fit me... so that is fantastic...and the fit is excellent, modern, fitted...almost looks tailored....but some Bananna Rep. very expensive clothes cannot escape their GAP/ oldnavy genes in the end....liners tear out after a year in some dress coats/blazers, nice dress pants fade after 4 to 6 months of use....would expect a little more when paying their prices...but...great style!

  I like this place, easy to get in and out since it's in the Willowbrook Mall. The store is always maintained and visually merchandised well. The staff is reasonably friendly. It feels like they're always waiting for an angry customer interaction, which is unfortunate. They also accommodated online sale pricing without an issue, which is great. I'll be back!

  I’m so upset about this store in general. Comparing this store to the garden state mall is small and lack of everything specially costumer service. I’ve been here multiple time and I’ve seen different people working here and the same rude and pathetic manager that was totally out of her senses and telling me to call the police and that I️ was rude in front of my kids because I️ was complaining about a even exchange and they wanted to pay full price when I️ paid 1/2 three days before. Costumers should not being treated as criminal in front of their kids for a “ rudeness??” Instead in garden state plaza they are so nice and profesional . So sometimes one rotten apple can damage a whole basket. Yes, never coming back!

  Great customer service helped look for a sweater for 20 min and took time to go on hold to get from another store
