  I bought approximately 5,000 square feet of Prefinished Solid Bamboo Natural Horizontal for my Rental Condominiums from Bamboo & Hardwood Imports and the layers were Di-laminating. I called the office and they said that they don't offer any Warranty for there products. I have the Invoice stating that it is Warrantied. They rudely said that we don't offer any Warranty and hung up the phone. I will never recommend them to anyone. They have Very pour quality and service. Not Professional. I hope companies like this would go out of business.
