  Place is nice. Very relaxing! Christine is the best ive been going to her for over a year, she takes her time to do my facial and do a good job all the time, i never go other places than balneo. I will recommend this place!!! Guys needs a facial??? ask for Christine shes the best💜!

  It was the worst experience I had ever had. Bad services and very expensive was left in a room for half hour with the steam machine on. She never came to check up on me. I was getting close phobia . She came back in and put a cream on me and left for another 20 minute. I was there for 2.5 hour. She never massage my hands or any upper part of the body. Very unprofessional and not friendly at all. Terrible place to visit and get a facial done. I will not recommend it.

  Maritza, made me feel pampered. Best facial ever. She wasn't rough on on my face. Didn't think anyone would notice, but I've gotten a few compliments on my skin. So I gave it 5 stars.
