::Beware! They don't accept any insurance! I used ZocDoc and it gave me wrong information which led to over a 500 USD bill for a regular dent visit! Service is great but if I knew they don't accept any insurance not just Medicaid, I would certainly not be there. They didn’t mislead me. I was just not familiar with insurance and Medicaid’s difference and thought the paper I signed is simply declaring they didn’t accept government insurance.

::From start to finish the office was very professional and pleasant. Dr. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and it’s very apparent that he loves what he does. His staff is great and helpful. If you have any fears of going to the dentist or want expertise work this is the office for you. I highly recommend Ballston Dental Arts.

::I had my second cleaning at Ballston dental arts today. And once again I experienced truly excellent care at every level. Dr Kim is knowledgeable and personable, hygienist Jessica is the best I’ve had—gentle but really thorough and personable. My teeth have never felt so clean. All is state of the art. Also the front desk staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so happy to have found this practice. I highly recommend!
