  I am a small online balloon business I had placed a special order for a client . when I received the large Mylar number balloons some where packaged some where not and when we attempted to inflate them the seal was closed shut on the ones that came with no package. needless to say I could not provide my customer with her order and I contacted balloonsfast and they refunded me but charged me a restocking fee. the restocking fee was about $26.00 I will never use this company again. I don't believe you should be charged to return damaged items and I just wanted other small business to know what my experience was

  Awesome Service! Ineeded several hundred foil-mylar balloons for a retirement party and I ordered online using Balloonsfast. My Balloons were shipped the same day and I received them the next day. Gerry is a super guy and I will order again and again. 100% Satifaction

  Ordered a balloon from this company for a Halloween event. It was shipped the same day and arrived in about 2 days. The balloon popped while we were inflating it and did not reach its advertised 8' diameter. I contacted the company via email and was pleasantly surprised to get a reply within 20 minutes. I was immediately offered a replacement balloon, but I did not need it as the event was over. I was given a complete refund in lieu of the replacement balloon. Thanks for great customer service and I will definitely be looking here for my future balloon needs.
