  I can’t recommend this studio enough. The staff is warm and friendly and the instructors are top-notch. They provide a studio that allows accesss to any level yogi. Instructors are knowledgeable and mindful of the range in technique, and offer advanced postures and modifications to every pose. This is a studio for anyone wanting to create tangible BALANCE in their lives.

  Yoga studio is very clean. Variety of classes to choose, both bikram & vinyasa classes. Loved the 60 min express classes in the morning.

  Balance Yoga & Wellness has great classes that range from Bikram Yoga to Restorative Yoga, as well as amazing massages, all at a reasonable price. My favorite thing about Balance Yoga & Wellness, though, is the owners and staff. They create a warm and supportive atmosphere that encourages me to try new things.

  What a great studio with a wonderful range of classes from traditional Bikram hot yoga classes to wonderful and relaxing restorative yoga. I can’t say enough about the friendly atmosphere and dedicated teachers. If you are a seasoned yogi or looking to try out a few classes, this studio is right for you.

  New to the area and referred to this studio by a friend and absolutely love it. Have been taking Carolyn's class on Mon and Wed and really enjoy it.
