  We purchased a car here the beginning of Febuary. It has been nothing but a problem. We paid & signed everything Friday & thought we would leave with the car that night. But they made us come back the next day to pick it up. We went back on Saturday, figuring they would have the car clean & ready to go. But, the car was filthy, they didn't even bother washing it or cleaning out the previous owners papers, gum wrappers, change etc. They barely scratched the paint they use to advertise the price off the windsheild, and left yellow paint allover the place. But, worse then that they made us give them an additional $100 on Saturday claiming it was for the temp tag, even thou we paid for everything the night before & our car was hooked up to a battery pack when we got there & every light on the dash was on! They claimed the lights were on because it needed a new battery & to bring it back on Monday. We barely made it home & the car died. So, we had no car all weekend. We brought it in Monday & they replaced the battery, all the lights were off, so we thought everything was good. Untill we got 5 minutes down the road & every light on the dash went on again. They told us to bring it in they would take care of it. So again I'm without a car for the day. This time we didn't even make it 2 minutes down the road before every light came back on, so obviously nothing was fixed. They just keep resetting the lights! To get you out of there! The finance place wouldn't accept our first payment, because the insurance we purchased while at Baladi isn't acceptable coverage, so now not only do we have a car that won't pass inspection, we had to purchase additional insurance from another company!!! This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car! I definitely would recommend you go elsewhere! UPDATE - To the owners response: We were sold insurance while at Baladi Auto Sales. I would be more then happy to show the paper work to whoever wants to see it. Ivan took the payment for the insurance while we were there! Read the other reviews, more then one person has had a problem with the insurance they were sold, but they claim they don't sell insurance. There a bunch of liars! PEDRO IVAN TORRES is a CRIMINAL!!! The piece of junk car they sold us still won't pass inspection. Even after spending thousands of dollars fixing it! If you choose to buy a car from these conartists be sure to check your warranty. Because the warranty # they gave us was FAKE. The warranty company had no record of our vin # or the FAKE warranty # Baladi Auto Sales provided to the finance company! When we reported this to the finance company, they forged our signature on a cheaper warranty through C.A.R.S instead of the warranty we were sold initially sold through Diamond. Our signiture was forged on 2/14/18 when we purchased the car on 2/2/18. They didn't purchase any warranty for the car, till we reported them & then forged papers 2 weeks later. A POLICE REPORT HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE GARFIELD POLICE FOR FORGERY! Garfield police say people are in there complaining about Baladi Auto Center ALL THE TIME! There crooks! We tried calling numerous times & Ivan would just hang up on us & John or Jason were supposedly never there when we called! We had to call from different numbers because if they saw our # on the caller ID they wouldn't pick up! It's pretty sad too that you can't even spell the word CUSTOMERS right or form a complete sentence. You sound like an idiot. You even spelled our name wrong when you forged it! It also seems really strange, that so many of the supposed "5 star" reviews also have terrible grammar & the same spelling errors🤔 Cause these jokers are writing them, themself!

  Bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata on May 10th which wasn’t able to drive home because car stereo neede to get fixed which it took them 2 days to fix it!! Than I drive the car home and headlight are out and the steering wheel unstable, took it back to them they said they would change the two front tires and they will do wheel alignment and balanced but we had to wait til Monday 5/21/18!! Than on top of that every time I make a right turn there’s a loud sound on the steering wheel, so I took it to my mechanic for a quick check and he said I shouldn’t be driving that car until it gets fixed, it needs 2 front axles, 1 left lower ball joint and 1 right side outer Tyrod.. So I go spoke to Jason and he said that I had to wait until Monday again for all that to get fixed! I bought the car because I needed not to be parked outside my house!!! So told asked why until Monday? If I take the car now to any mechanic they’ll fix it the same day!!! They all give you different answers, they all speak on top of you, they don’t let you explain to them exactly what’s going on or how can we resolve the problem, took the car with my mechanic which John said ok and that he will discount me $400 for what I still owe him on the car, now mechanic change the parts in front of me but that clicking sound is still there but worst.. The sound comes from the bottom and that part it’s even expensive!! I call Jason and all he tells me was” we are not responsible, your mechanic had to do something wrong that made it worst!!! “ Mechanic fell sorry for me that all he did was put the old parts back and gave me my money back! Now guys you tell me if my mechanic all he wanted was my money!!! Now what I’m stuck with a car that I can’t drive and Baladi is not willing to help they just clean their hands on something they knew what’s wrong.. They are good and quick on signing papers and getting the money, but when you start having problems with the car they get upset, they either hang up the calls or won’t answer the calls at all.. Now I have to take further legal actions!! How can you guys sell cars this way, don’t you check them before selling them. All them guys do is play around they are not serious at all!!

  Omggggggg u guys I have a really great reliable car and it’s very affordable.. I would recommend this car dealership to EVERYONE. Even the employees are very helpful and funny. Also their goal is to have you drive off the lot TODAY.. they get 10 thumbs up from me.

  I normally read reviews about places I went to this dealership and bought this Dodge nitro the sales man Ivan great guy to care of me. He was very respectful and funny guy. My wife and I decided to buy the car and as of today the Dodge drive like a champ. Thank you Ivan and thanks Baladi auto center

  They give inaccurate information and they are very untrustworthy. Your insurance will be incredibly higher than they will tell you. Please do not buy a car from here I promise you will regret it. I drove away and it broke down in 3 minutes, check engine light came on. Two days later broke down in another city in the cold for 3 hours. PLEASE BEWARE. I AM STUCK BUT I WRITE THIS TO HELP OTHERS.
