We always love staying here when we visit Bakersfield. The upgraded lobby is beautiful. Service at the coffee shop was quick and friendly. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The front desk was helpful when we made an error booking through Expedia. Others in our party used the shuttle service to the airport and they had a very good experience with it. We will be back.

I am on ultra low fat diet. Too much fat and I end up in hospital. I went to the restaurant and our waitress Gail was just awesome. She helped me put together from different items on menu a low fat dinenr. And when it came to saying how to do the green beans I tried to be bad and have the sauteed but Gail said it would be lower fat steamed. It turned out GREAT. Thanks Gail for looking out for me.

Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to provide good service. Hotel is currently remodeling in several places. This was not an inconvenience. Food and bar ate nice. The Starbucks inside is convenient. For gold and platinum Marriott Rewards members, the concierge floor is a great value.

This is a very exquisite hotel. There is a bar and restaurant right inside the front doors. A huge and very spacious lounge with sofas and plugs for charging devices. Right next to the conference center for convenience. I would go there again.

This is a little bit of an upscale hotel at least for the area! I mean I've stayed at hotels that are much more upscale and nicer than this place. But for the area this is one of the better hotels. But with that also comes a higher price. And for the price that you have paid for this hotel you would hope that it would be nicer than it actually was. There was nothing wrong with it it was nice but you would expect something better for the amount of money.
