  Decepcionada, le vendieron a unos amigos un carro del 2015 VW hace una semana y ya encendió la luz del check in por segunda vez, ahora el dealer no quiere devolverle el dinero del down payment a mi amigo y ya se quedaron con el carro, entonces ni carro, ni dinero, son unos estafadores, pocos profesionales, tengan mucho cuidado, ya esto le ha ocurrido a varias personas, cuidense de dealers como éstos, que engañan y abusan de las personas necesitadas.

  Fatal, estos señores me estafaron de la peor manera, vendieron un carro dañado y mintieron en cuanto al historial, las cuotas mensuales y el interés. este carro entendió la luz del check in dos veces, la primera vez ellos lo arreglaron, la segunda vez lo llevé al autozone donde me informaron sobre el historial del carro y el problema que tenía. a sólo una semana de haber comprado mi carro este estaba dañado así que decidí regresar el auto al dealer donde me trataron de muy mala forma e incluso sacaron a mi amigo de las oficinas y se negaron a regresar mi downpaiment argumentando que le metí muchas millas y que me amigo puso un mal comentario en Internet. señores tengan mucho cuidado, son unos estafadores de lo peor... llamé a telemundo y estoy en espera de una buena noticia si no funciona demandare pero es mejor que miren bien donde quieren comprar su carro al final del camino somos nosotros los clientes y como menos merecemos ser tratados con educación. CUIDADO... These gentlemen cheated me in the worst way, they sold a damaged car and they lied about the history, the monthly rates and the interest. This car showed the light of the check twice, the first time they fixed it, the second time I took it to the car zone where they informed me about the history of the car and the problem I had. just a week after I bought my car, it got damaged, so I decided to return the car to the dealer where they treated me very badly and even they took my friend out of the offices and they refused to return the down payment, arguing that I got a lot miles and that my friend made a bad comment on the Internet. Gentlemen, be very careful, they are scams of the worst ... I called Telemundo and I am waiting for good news if it does not work I am going to put a lawsuit to them, but it is better to look carefully where they want to buy their car, final the client deserves the respect. WATCH OUT

  I got my car here, they’re really cool and work with what you can do, I love my car! And you get free services with the car. It makes it real easy for a first time car owner.

  Total Joke. Don't let them waste your time. Went in to sell my vehicle to them. They were the third dealership I had been to that gave me a quote and they beat what the previous one had offered. My car is in amazing condition, well taken care of, fully loaded, and very low miles. They wasted three hours of my life. THREE! They offered the to purchase then I had to drive across town to turn the vehicle in at a different store. Not a big deal. Then I sat there for TWO hours with three small kids and watched person after person get helped before us. Then they finally tell me that can't take my car. What? THREE hours later! The place is a smoke stack of cigarette smoke, dirty, and complete disregard for customer service. Then magically all of the people who were helping us disappeared. So when I went to ask for a manager they sent someone who never touched my paperwork, never looked at my car, and never spoke to me. He came with this bogus paper about all of these things that were wrong with my car. This was the THIRD time my car had been checked. I am pretty sure if there was something wrong it would have been caught before. Not only that they were big things they had listed on there... So they were telling me that two other dealerships didn't catch the codes and my own car didn't register any problems... Don't go here. Don't waste your time. Who knows what they are doing to their cars. For the record, I went to a large chain dealership and even told them about the mysterious codes that were tagged and they double checked everything and said they couldn't find anything wrong and even purchased the car. Just be honest Baja. Don't waste other people's time.

  I have a bought two vehicles and buying my third vehicle from the GM Douglas who helped me out every time. I am still having a great experience with my cars and the staff at Baja Auto Sales. Truly a great place to buy a car. Thank you again Mr. Douglas.
